Ojash

Ojash (OJ) is an adept hotel owner and management advisor with over 15 years of experience in hospitality. Ojash is a CPA from India and USA with a proficiency in numbers. He has worked as a Financial Controller in Kenya, Uganda, and Thailand before moving to the USA in 2004.

Comfort Inn & Suites in Warner Robins was his first hospitality endeavor in 2008, which went on to be a Platinum award winner for 7 consecutive years. With an education in accounting, paired with his passion for hospitality, he started in 2008 with a single 77 unit property, and is now at 6 properties just over a decade later.

At MJC, Ojash oversees acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio growth, advancing revenue and productivity for all 6 properties, as well as establishing and cultivating the company's environment for success.

Ojash has 2 daughters, enjoys traveling, eating at unique restaurants and meeting friends and family in his free time. Ojash strongly believes in "Don't be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try."

Mihaela - Corporate Controller

Mihaela is responsible for all financial operations for MJC, including financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and auditing. She has full responsibility for the accounting functions for all of MJC Hospitality's Hotels. She makes sure financials are generated timely, taxes are paid on time, processes payments, and handles overall reconciliation of the monthly finances. She works closely with our Hotel General Managers to ensure the day-to-day reporting is accurate, timely and has no errors.

Mili - Accounting & IT Coordinator

Mili's work within MJC is multi-faceted as she plays a role in accounting and payroll as well as being our resident IT. Mili helps verify the payroll and ensures our daily reporting is accurate and timely. She helps in accounting with all the tasks necessary for a smooth and accurate bank reconciliation and month end process, as well as ensuring that invoices are recorded and paid.

Mili graduated with a master's degree in business administration. In her free time she enjoys digital art, videogames and spending time with her husband.

Denise - Corporate Director of Revenue & Sales

Denise has over 30 years of experience which includes the majority of the time in hospitality, as a Director of Revenue Management, Senior Revenue Manager, District Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Prior to joining MJC Hospitality, Denise oversaw Revenue Management for thirteen properties across the country with Best Western Hotels and Resorts. Other experience includes, leading a team of Regional Revenue Managers at Extended Stay America and Sales with Wyndham Hotels, plus some years introducing Revenue Management to the media field of Radio.

Denise’s role at MJC includes direct responsibility of our portfolio for Revenue Management and oversight for Sales. Past successes in Revenue Management include market share improvement in occupancy, ADR, Revpar and overall property Revpar improvement.

Denise graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Business Marketing. Denise enjoys time with her family, traveling and helping animals in need.

Jennifer - Bookkeeper

Jennifer Judy graduated from the College of DuPage with an associate degree in Hospitality. She has over 10 years of experience with Marriott and IHG properties and has worked as a Sales Coordinator, Accounting Manager and Assistant General Manager. At MJC Hospitality she verifies the payroll, maintains accounts payable, inputs and pays invoices, reconciles the bank accounts as well as performing other accounting tasks as needed.

Debi - Regional Director of Sales

Debi has 30 years of sales experience with over 15 years in hospitality. Prior to joining MJC Hospitality, Debi opened 2 new hotels as Director of Sales where she was nominated as Marriott Sales Rep of the year. She then moved into an Area Director of Sales role for Hilton.

Debi lives in Florida with her son and enjoys going to the beach and watching college football.

Anvi - Bookkeeper

I'm proud to be part of the MJC family, working as a Bookkeeper with a Master’s degree in Accountancy from India. I have experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, and preparing clear, accurate financial reports.

I'm a team player who enjoys staying organized and taking initiative to help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When I'm not working with numbers, you'll likely find me enjoying music, spending time with my pet dog, or recharging in nature to stay focused and balanced.

Ruhi - Executive Assistant

Ruhi is an experienced Executive Assistant with over 5 years in media and corporate sectors. Based in Mumbai, India, she excels in executive support, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication, with strong skills in MS Office, Trello, and Google Workspace. A postgraduate in Broadcasting & Mass Communication, she is known for her professionalism, organization, and discretion. Her interests include reading journals, event planning, writing, dance, travel, and fitness - specifically cross-functional gym and calisthenics. She is also actively involved in supporting and educating blind children in Mumbai, India.

Apurva - Sales and Operations Support Analyst

Apurva has over five years of experience in the hospitality industry contributing as a Front Desk Associate. She has gained well-rounded expertise across Guest Relations, Concierge, Guest Experience, and Telephone Operations. Her journey at MJC Hospitality has marked a successful transition from Operations to Sales, where she continues to grow, overcome challenges, and thrive. Known for her drive to learn and collaborate, Apurva is a dedicated team player currently pursuing a PGDM in Marketing and Sales Management.

Off the clock she's a self-proclaimed "bed person" who magically wakes up for long drives, good food, and runs on a fully caffeinated battery. With a healthy dose of sarcasm, she's always ready to take on the next adventure.

Rayan - Assistant Revenue Manager 

Rayan has extensive experience working with various Revenue Management Systems and tools, and a proven ability in market analysis, pricing strategy, and online reputation management. His expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to design strategic pricing structures, enhance sales performance, and drive profitability. Rayan drives success through market insight, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization, contributing significantly to the commercial growth of every property he manages. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and a Post-Graduation in Hotel Revenue Management. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA.

Outside of work, Rayan loves going on bike and car drives, finding peace and inspiration in adventure and travel. He is also actively involved with Blue Cross in Pune, India, contributing his time and efforts to animal welfare and community initiatives.
